2. Product features:

The product is used for blackening treatment of aluminum die casting material surface. The treated surface will form a layer of black uniform deactivation film. Operation is simple, just soak and wash. This product is stable, long-term, effective, odorless, and environmentally friendly.

⑷  Add 3 times of water and then heating to 80℃±10℃

4. technological process：

⑴ Die-cast aluminum oil cleaning, wash and dry in standby.

⑵ Supply the 3 times of the tap water in die-cast aluminium special blackening agents, then heated to 80℃±10℃.

⑶ The casting is immersed in 80℃±10℃ black work liquid for 3-5 minutes, take out the work piece and washing, and then drying.

5. Matters needing attention：

⑴  This product is corrosive. Do not contact with the skin.

⑵  The consumption of ingredient is supplied during operation. The amount of supplement is 5%—10%.

⑶ This product is suitable for aluminum material.
