Fourth, use:

① aluminum first processing: degreasing, polishing treatment

② workpiece in 20% sodium hydroxide for 10 to 20 seconds

③ wash clean

④ workpiece in the aluminum multicolour passivation agent dip 8 to 20 seconds after removing the workpiece washed

⑤ drying aluminum pieces: 60 ℃ drying 10 minutes

Fifth, note:

① the product color can be adjusted according to customer requirements, color with immersion time and become deeper.

② soaking time can not be too long, up to 30 seconds or so. A long time will affect the binding force.
