Scope of use

(3) powder coating processing plant, spray paint room and drying path mold cleaning

Usage: 

please take a small swab first.

(1) of this product to use temperature 20-40 ℃, no dilution, concentrate, water blending is forbidden. The product is corrosive, handled with a cap and latex gloves. Handle it gently to prevent splashing.

(2) at the same time, stir the paint remover, slowly flow into the paint remover accelerator. Add 20g ~ 30g accelerator per kg of paint remover.

(3) for small workpieces, complex shape of the workpiece and motor repair in the waste enameled wire, can be used to soak. Immerse in the paint remover and expose the bright base within 2-10 minutes; The body and large parts that need to be depainted can be dropped into the paint removal tank to achieve the desired effect.

(4) for the larger and not easy to move the workpiece can be used to remove the paint daub method.

Matters needing attention:

1. After the paint, if it is a metal workpiece should enter the next anti-rust cleaning process, so as not to cause its base material corrosion again.

2.This product is corrosive to the skin, please wear gloves.
