II. Product features:

This product is suitable for all kinds of magnesium alloy surface, and can be treated with black passivation. It can be used as blackening agent for magnesium alloy optical instrument, also as antirust decoration, easy to operate, can be soaked at room temperature, and the test of salt spray resistance can reach more than 100 hours. This product is environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

III. Production process flow

1. Remove oil from magnesium alloy and wash with water.

2. Chemical polishing of magnesium alloy, removing oxide skin and washing thoroughly.

3. Before treatment of magnesium alloy blackening, the immersion activator is 3-4 minutes. This step is not required for making light black, and this step is required for making sub-black.

4.Wash clean and thoroughly.

5. Magnesium alloy blackening: this product is used after adding water twice, and the workpiece is soaked with magnesium alloy blackening agent for 10-20 minutes, that is, uniform and pure black film can be obtained.

6. Effective ingredients will be consumed during the use of this product, which needs to be replenished in time to restore the effect. About 100ml of the original solution is consumed per square meter.

7. The precipitate generated in the process of use should be cleared in time, and the superstratum liquid should be taken for blackening.
