2. product introduction：

The product is colorless or light yellow transparent paste. It is mainly used for cleaning oxide skin of stainless steel surface in rolled, manufacturing process, and the welding spot produced by the welding. The treated surface is silver (stainless steel color). Pickling paste can deactivate the surface and improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel. It is suitable for equipment cleaning of 304, 316 stainless steel, especially large equipment such as (the tower body, irrigation, kettle, chemical equipment, food machinery, ship accessories, aerospace equipment).

3. Usage method：

⑴ First, clean the surface of the oil.

⑵ Wear acid proof gloves before cleaning. Please do a test in small area, and then spread in a large area.

⑶Start cleaning in the large area .You can evenly daub on the surface to be cleaned as thick as possible with a cotton towel or a brush dipped in this product to maintain about 20 minutes (the thickness of spot welding of oxidation skin weld can be different).

⑷When cleaning the vertical surface，you should rinse several times to avoid flowing.

⑸  After the completion of the cleaning， rinse thoroughly with 3 times of the pickling paste volume 5% calcium hydroxide solution and dry with air compressor or natural drying.

4. matters needing attention：

⑴ This product is acidic paste. If splashing on the skin, rinse with water to avoid contacting with the reducing agent. This product is stored in a cool place.

⑵ If there is precipitation in the barrel, please stir evenly to do not affect the use effect.
